Hunter Douglas Duette Architella Shades Save You Money!
Hunter Douglas Duette Architella shades insulate your home so that 50% of the heat you are paying so much for doesn’t escape out through the windows. Note the red color in the picture to the right. This is a typical home, similar to the homes we do work for in Rumson and Holmdel New Jersey. Those red spots are where heat is escaping from the home. Notice that the majority of the heat is escaping through the windows!
Any type of window treatment would be helpful for insulation, but the level of insulation will differ. Wood blinds with slats have many gaps and therefore offer limited insulation. Roman shades, Hunter Douglas Vignette, Hunter Douglas Silhouette, and other shadings are better, but still not the best.
