This unusual treatment essentially offers two shades in one by combining the functionality of a roller shade with the elegance of a sheer. The two parts of the shade—a solid banded portion and a sheer—combine to create dimensions of light through movement. Just lift and lower either side of the shade to shift the bands to overlap each other—allowing view-through in the sheer portion—or to align with each other to create a solid shade to control privacy and light levels as well as UV rays.
