- All you have to do is make the eligible purchase, have your new shades installed, and fill out and mail in the rebate form.
- Within four weeks of approving your claim, Hunter Douglas will mail you the appropriate rebate in the form of a prepaid rewards card.
- Funds do not expire. Subject to applicable law, a $2.00 monthly fee will be assessed against the card balance six months after card issuance and each month thereafter.
