That is right, we won the Angies list 2013 Super Service Award. We are so proud of our window treatment professionals and are happy to know they are properly expressing our company values of integrity, customer service and quality. This is just one year after Window Treats Inc became a Hunter Douglas Gallery! There was a press release that was launched a few months ago announcing this wonderful accomplishment, but we felt we needed to share this happy occasion with you.
We recently started using Angies List this year and are happy to see so many of our customers writing reviews. We did get one review that was not positive, but are happy to receive all feedback. We want our customers to tell us when they are unhappy, this way we can rectify the situation. Audrey Anzarouth, one of our window treatment experts, got a positive raving review from a homeowner who articulated to Audrey that she was unhappy. The homeowner was moving along with the project, but just did not LOVE her fabric choice. Audrey already had the order, but could not allow her client to purchase a window treatment they were not thrilled with. The client was so grateful. This is just one example of the service we offer.
